To Whom it May Concern,

In May of 2008, I was in need of an agent / partner to work with me on a potential real estate deal in Kauai, Hawaii for a very special client.

Despite my 20+ years of working in the business in Los Angeles, I had exhausted all of my contacts for potential referrals in Kauai. I had no choice but to find and work with an agent whom I did not know.

I proceeded to search online for the perfect match for myself and my most important client of whom I had known for many years. After several unreturned messages from different agents I decided to call on a listing that I had seen advertised on a Remax website. That was when I first began working with Nance Overton.

I revealed to Nance my desire to find an agent to work with me as I was residing in Las Vegas and was not able to be in Hawaii to attend to my clients needs.
